What Makes a Good Dog Food Delivery Service

Before you hit "order now", we think that these are the factors worth weighing up. Cost and quality matter, but they are not the only things to think about.

Food Type

Delivered food comes in four main forms: fresh, pantry fresh, air-dried and dry. Fresh foods are minimally processed, gently cooked and usually preservative-free, so they need careful storage. Got a picky pup? Fussy dogs tend to prefer fresh or wet textures, so if you go for dry kibble you may want to add a topper.

Storage

Fresh food with few or no preservatives needs the fridge or freezer. Plan deliveries around the space you actually have.
